The team at OFFSEASON Physical Therapy and Sports Performance strives to provide individualized, effective care beyond that of a more prototypical physical therapy clinic. Our patients receive quality one-on-one care with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
What sets us apart from other facilities includes our ability to effectively and efficiently return athletes to peak performance. We aim to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance, as this is often an area of disconnect between professions that can lead to further injury risk.
Through thorough assessment of movement mechanics, our team can identify faulty patterns throughout the kinetic chain that predisposed the athlete to the initial injury, or that may lead to future injury.
By early identification and mitigation of these movement faults, the athlete can develop the proper foundation to minimize risk of future injuries.
A fault often identified in the field of physical therapy is not providing patients with the proper tools to maintain improvements once they have left the clinic. Therefore, our team is dedicated to always being a long-term resource to our patients for any of their health care needs.

Low Back Pain

Including analysis of movement above and below the area of injury in order to assess mechanical faults leading to an increased risk for injury.

Concussions

Hip/Knee Pain

Including video analysis to assess mechanical faults from the ground up in sport-specific movement patterns, as well as an individualized home program.

And Many More...

Most orthopaedic injuries are not isolated to a specific joint or region, therefore our team utilizes a holistic approach during treatment.
