Our team at OFFSEASON Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has extensive training in program design for the youth to the professional athlete. Whether you or your athlete are looking for individualized or group training, our team is prepared to deliver custom sport and goal-specific programming. 

 

Training sessions will consist of varying degrees of recovery, strength and conditioning, joint and soft tissue mobility, speed and agility, plyometric, and neuromuscular control based exercises. Each athlete will undergo a series of performance testing measures to track progress over time so the strength and conditioning coach can adjust the athlete's programming accordingly.
 

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Individual and Group training programs will be tailored to the athlete's training age, biological age, history of injuries, and goals for overall athletic development. Quality loading principles will be at the forefront of our coaches' approach to training sessions. Our coaches foster a collaborative learning environment for life-long learning on how to properly structure a strength and conditioning program across the lifespan of an athlete's career.
